    Harappa Collection

The executive room is inspired by the Harappa Civilization. One of the earliest sophisticated urban civilizations of the world comes a spartan life of agrarian and pastoral harmony. The Bronze Ages from 2600 to 1900 BCE, along the banks of the River Indus, saw the introduction of the wheel and the bullock cart and the so-called Dawn of Civilization.Grain motifs on carpets signify a flourishing agrarian community, the shapes of toys echo in the lamps, bullock carts in the table and bronze coin jewellery in the lamp stands, as prayer bowls are interpreted in avatars as diverse as lights, the legs of the bed are inspired by harappan worship vessels , and the animal seals signifying the concept of a currency, are embossed into bedside table tops. The walls tell tales of daily agrarian lives of through Harrapan art motifs, hand painted by award winning folk artists.
